Software Subscription Agreement:

From 1st January 2005 SSA is mandatory. The price is 20% of R8 list price. The SSA is signed at the purchasing time and will be renewed automatically unless the termination notice is received (not later than 3 months before expiry date)

License Server is installed on a server which distributes licenses to designated clients, up to number of licenses purchased. License installed on Server - Application installed on workstation.

License Server is installed on a server allowing an unlimited number of users to “share” licenses on concurrent use basis, up to the number of licenses purchased.License installed on Server - Application installed on workstation.

License Server is installed on terminal server allowing unlimited number of clients to “share” licenses on concurrent use basis, up to number of licenses purchased. License and application installed on Server - No workstation installation required.
