Language and Documentation

Rasterex products support worldwide localization, with English as the default language. Languages include Norwegian, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, German, Czech, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian and French. Product documentation is provided in English in Microsoft Word format, and help files are provided in a variety of formats depending on the product. Marketing material is available if required.

Development Tools

A dedicated integration API called RxHook is available for RxView, RxHighX and RxHighlight. This module allows you to customize the existing functionality of the products and add new functionality with dedicated toolbars and buttons.

RxSDN

All OEM customers are signed up as part of the RxSDN (Rasterex Software Developer Network) program. The RxSDN offers support for OEM/API customers through a dedicated area on the Rasterex Web site.
